This is the third pool that I’ve installed in my life. The first two were done by companies that are no longer in business. I did a lot of research before going with Pool Town, including companies out of Staten Island and Pennsylvania. I even got a quote from my friend who was $10000 less than any retailer. With these types of projects it is best not to take a chance so I went with Pool Town. Now I’m not happy that my Pool was $15000 over budget, something I wish I realized before buying a pool. The guys and ladies over at Pool Town were very thorough and did what they had to do quickly and efficiently. Maybe l got lucky that my town had my permit in a week and a half or that my yard was flat and my soil was decent. I had a great experience with Pool Town and if and when I purchase a 4th Pool For my kids, I’m going to let Pool Town handle it.

I absolutely love my pool. I didn’t even want a pool and my wife kept talking about it so I finally caved. We met with Billy in July and decided to sign in early August. Our permit took about 3 weeks and we were digging the next week. Everybody who stepped foot on our property was great at their job and very polite during their visits. Honestly, I didn’t really shop the project as my wife did most of that. I’m glad she went with Pool Town.

I shopped around for a pool and decided to go with Pool town. So far everyone was extremely helpful during my pool install. The work completed outside went perfect. I had clay in my yard which stunk but it was nothing to worry about just cost me a little extra. I dealt with Carl in sales, Brittany in permits and Maria for the construction.
Carl took the time out to explain the differences in the type of pool constructions which helped us understand the type of pool we wanted and what would fit our budget.Brittany was awesome and knew exactly what my town needed (East Brunswick NJ) which helped so much I didn’t have to go back and forth trying to apply for the permit. Great job.
Maria was awesome to deal with she went out of her way to answer my questions and made sure the project stayed on track. Any question or concern I had was answered immediately. She is a great and easy person to work with.

We decided to install an in found pool in early 2005. After careful consideration and interviewing many pool companies my wife and I decided to do business with Pool Town. An excellent choice indeed. The team at Pool Town were very courteous and professional. Everyone from the sales team to the excavation team, also the installation team where extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone on the team made sure our experience was a great one. Special praise and kudos go to the General Manager. He was always available to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable every step of the way… a sheer pleasure to deal with!
For those considering the purchase of an in ground pool or spa, we highly recommend Pool Town. In fact we would gladly do it all over again with the fantastic team there.

Our experience with Pool Town has been both professional and a desire to meet our needs and expectations. The installation of our pool went smoothly and quickly. The staff involved in our dealings with Pool Town maintained consistent and concise communication with us, we had made some unique request and requirements to construction and layout of our pool. All these items were addressed and implemented with special attention to detail on what we wanted to install. Everyone worked to insure we got exactly what we requested. Immediately following the installation of our pool one of the installation crew stopped on his day off to ensure that all was well. To this day, whenever we stop in Pool Town everyone asks how we are, and how everything is going with the pool.
The bottom line, would we refer Pool Town as a reputable pool builder? Without a doubt, in our view Pool Town delivered exactly what was stated and requested

We are very pleased with our Pool Town pool. From the moment we decided to use Pool Town till the first time we went swimming, everything went quickly and efficiently. We were dug in the fall and this who process was completed within in 2-3 weeks, just as promised, including digging the pool and winterizing the pool. The crew that dug the hole was professional and courteous; they explained the process so there were no surprises. Once spring came the pool was opened and we were up and running. We used Jersey’s Finest for extra concrete work around the pool, and they were just as great, we had a large job and it was completed in a week. Anytime we had a question or concern, Pool Town had been able to assist us promptly.
We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone that is building a pool, as we have recommended Pool Town numerous times to our friends and family. We believe they are the #1 Pool builders in New Jersey.

Our pool was completed in July of 2004. The pool is a 36X23X19 Natural Spring with upgraded gray steps, loveseat, and hardware. We opted to do a brick bullnose coping using the E.P. Henry Coventry Series Bricks. Our landscaping and patio were designed and installed by Exterior Views Landscape Contractors. Our pool patio and adjoining walks 3400 sf. The use of trees, perennials and grasses make our pool feel like a resort setting. During the peak months Pool Town and Exterior Views helped us create a beautiful backyard that we have enjoyed for 3 seasons now. Many thanks to Pool Town for their great installation and courteous service.

From the time we visited the show room to select our pool until the time the pool finished, the service and workmanship from the employees of Pool Town was nothing short of magnificent!
We decided to buy a pool because my husband was diagnosed with cancer and knew that we would not be able to get away on any type of vacation any time in the near future. So, we decided that our children, family, and friends would be quite comfortable vacationing in our backyard. Our decision to choose Pool Town was one of the best decisions we’ve made in our 30 year relationship.

My experience with pool town was very good. As with any big construction project, there is always going to be a wrinkle or two. But the way I rate a company is not whether they were absolutely no problem, but rather, did they immediately address the problems and do everything possible to make the customer happy.
The owner Eric always made himself available to me and was a man of his word. I would use Pool Town again and would recommend them to you!
